Hi, Im a 24yr old female looking to find a flatemate to share a 2 bedroom flat in Romford, essex. The flat is only 6yrs old, so everything is pretty much new.

Everything is a 5minute walk away, the train Station, which leads right into central london, and the pubs, clubs and shops are just as close, with the major shopping centre just 5minutes away.

The room is a single room, and although small, once the furniture is in, its really nice. The window leads onto a quiet street and a grassy area. The rent is 500pcm which is inclusive of bills.

The flat is fully furnished, so theres no need to worry about furniture for any other rooms and the room itself come with a bed and wardrobe.

My current flatmate has moved out, so i need to find someone to move in quite quickly.
