Hi there!

We are four lovely people, all in our 20s, who live in a three story house in a very safe and cozy area in Brondesbury Park NW6 (right between Queens Park on the Bakerloo Line and Willesden Green on the Jubilee Line, close to Kilburn as well). We all work, one is student as well.

We are looking for new people - female, male or couple - to move into one of the rooms. The room is very big with a kingsize bed (in case you are king, it has the exact specifications) and it has its own private en-suite bathroom.

The house is within a gated area with remote-controlled gates and it has a large fully fitted kitchen with a lifted dining area, which opens into our private garden. On the second floor, there is a large, bright reception room with a Parisian balcony. This property is very spacious and airy and in very good condition. We also have an off-street parking space.

Included in the rent is also access to the communal leisure centre, which comprises of a gym, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. This is very convenient as you save money spent on gym membership… and is only 30 seconds from your door!:)

The rent is 220 per week, and that also includes access to wireless internet, phone and lots of Sky TV.
