We have a fantastic double bedroom (£675 pcm plus bills, around £120 month) available in our flat in Maida Vale, so we are looking for a professional (late twenties, early thirties, no couples) to join us in our flatshare.
We are looking for someone to move in between now and the 10 february (but we are flexible, it could be a bit later). It is an unfurnished double room in a 3 bedroom flat in the heart of leafy Maida Vale.
The building is an Edwardian mansion block situated opposite Paddington Recreation Ground, with high ceilings and on the top floor. The flat has three bedrooms and one large bathroom, a large eat-in kitchen and separate living room. A cleaner comes once a week and there are all the usual things such as a dishwasher, washing machine, wireless broadband and TV. There is also a balcony off the living room, access to an amazing communal gardens and covered bike storage.
There is a park opposite with tennis courts, gym, running track etc.
Maida Vale station (Bakerloo Line) is a 5-6 minute walk and and Westbourne Grove station (Hammersmith and City line) is a 10 minutes walk.
The flat is within walking distance to Notting Hill, Warwick Avenue and easy bus access to Camden, Kensington, Westfield and Oxford Circus.
It is located within a stone’s throw of good pubs, cafes, delis, grocers, Tesco’s and there is a number of restaurants nearby.
In the flat are a male and female, graphic designer and lawyer, in their early thirties who enjoy socialising, cooking, photography...
References required. A month’s rent is required to be paid in advance along with a 6 week security deposit.
