While the room is not the most spacious, the rest of the house is. And you only have to share it with another 2 people. The house is an end-of-terrace Victorian house, very spacious with stripped floorboards throughout.
The brand new kitchen has all the usual mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, range cooker etc.. etc..
The back of the kitchen opens to a generous and secluded decking area which leads onto what will be a beautiful garden once I get around to do it (sometimes in the spring).
The bathroom is spacious and has a both a walk-in shower and a bath. The living room is very spacious (two rooms in fact) There is also a huge cellar (2 ½ rooms) currently used as laundry room, extra storage, and wine cellar!
We are a couple, professionals (Web, new media & film), mid-30s, foodie types, non-smoking, and we are looking for a like-minded person, ideally with a full-time job.
The house is strictly non-smoking. Please note, the quoted price includes council tax, gas, water and electricity
