I'm offering a flatshare in a 2 bed 2 bath 1st floor flat around 5 minutes walk from London Bridge overland and tube station (SE1 3HS), I'm a 33 year old male solicitor who works long hours and spends lots of time travelling with work so you could have the place to yourself lots. The rent has just been reduced by almost 20% so it's a good deal, all bills are extra. The area is great for restaurants, bars and sightseeing and also very convenient for public transport, walk to the City in 15 mins etc. The complex is gated and the flat has a secure parking space included which I don't use and we should be able to rent for £100pcm if you don't need it. The flat is dual aspect and the sitting room has french doors and a juliet balcony overlooking the main garden and old Leather Exchange building to the rear, the street is quiet and the flat is a long way off it so it's very quiet inside. All the gardens are communal and there is a park on the other side of the road and several tennis courts and basketball courts a couple of mins walk away etc. There are 2 small Sainsbury's, 2 M&S and 1 Tesco within about 6 mins walk. The sitting room is around 18'x12' and the kitchen around 19'x8', wood floors throughout..
