Hello! I got here in my flat a very nice roughly 11 sqm big room with a double bed and plenty of storage in it! The best is additionaly it comes with your very own bathroom where you get your own shower, WC and sink. The living room is just massive and I don't even now what to do with all that space. So if you think your room is not big enough feel free to occupy the living room! The kitchen is equipped with all the usual appliances and also got a big fridge and freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Furthermore there is digital TV, wirelss broadband and the famous free UK evening and weekend calls. The £640 rent includes everything. (Council-Tax, gas, electricity, water, gas, TV, Digital TV and internet).
I am a 29 year old male and I work full time as an Architect. I'm easy going open for everthing and everyone and love to have a nice chat. The flat is in a pretty clean condition. I'm lookin for a friendly, clean and sociable male or female.
The falt is 10 minutes away from Limehouse DLR Station from where you can get an excellent connection to Canary Wahr or Bank Station. Shadwell Station is not to far as well where you can catch the East London Line. Bus routes are also available such as D3 (just in front of the door) N15/15 and 115.
