I have a double room available from the 7-8th December. The house is in North East London E10 7NP, Leyton. there are 3 bedrooms, mine is upstairs, there is a 19 year old girl next door, and a 20 something couple downstairs. The remaining tennants all have full time employment. I pay 365 a month for rent & council tax, plus approx 20-30 a month on bills, including broadband internet, sky etc. A 325 pound deposit is required, which is refundable when you leave.
