Hi Laura,
I am so sad to have to leave this room after being here for 3 months, but I have a job offer in Bali...
So what is available;
One large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom at the top of a three storey Victorian house. That means high cellings and thick brick walls, which equals lots of space and quiet.
There is also a huge kitchen, good size living room and a massive garden with decking... perfect for BBQ's on those hot summer days... Well, the two we only ever get in the UK!
Not only that but it is very close to Lewisham train station, which is Zone 2 and takes:
10 minute to London Bridge
14 minutes to Cannon Street
15 minutes to Charing Cross
18 minutes to London Victoria
Even though it falls under Lewisham you are equidistant from Lewisham shopping centre and Blackheath Village - which equates to approx 10-15min walk.
The best thing about the house though... are my co-tenants. A great mix girls and guys. Some with Master Degree's, some with degree's in socialising... They really are a respectful and happy bunch, so even if you aren't interested in seeing the house, come just to meet them!
How it will work is simple... Come and visit, let me know when you can move in, pay the deposit and pay one month in advance on arrival... hey presto!
Must be able to commit to 6th December minimum, with the option of staying on for a further 6 or 12 months.
