A modern apartment located near Russell Square and Holborn. The whole flat is fitted out nicely with modern finishings and comfortable furniture. There are three bedrooms each kitted out with a double bed, the room that is being advertised is on the rear face of the flats and therefore located away from the main road which makes it much quieter than the other rooms!
There are 2 toilets, one a small cubicle and the other in the main bathroom which has a bath and recently fitted shower. The main living area is pretty large with a balcony facing towards the British museum with two sofas and a 6 seater dining suite. The kitchen is kitted out well with a dishwasher and electric oven/ hob unit, a large fridge and a washing machine. All the worktops are black granite.
The two others living here are both male one in his mid twenties the other early thirties, one is Canadian and the other half English half Italian. They are both easy going and very friendly. As the location is very central there are lots of pubs and restaurants nearby plus you are only about a 15 minute walk away from either Kings Cross, 10 mins from Oxford Street, 15 mins from Covent Garden and maybe about 20 to Leicester Square (so most places are pretty convenient to walk to!). We are all into our football, music and at the moment 24! If you think you might be interested in the place give me a call or email me (my name is Paul) and I would be happy to arrange a viewing and opportunity to meet the other guys. Ideally we are looking for someone who would be willing move in for the remainder of the tenancy lease which ends in September (could potentially be extended everyone got along well and everyone was interested in staying on longer!).
P.S. It is worth mentioning I am only looking to move because it has been a struggle to find work in London due to the current economic climate and therefore I am seeking work abroad.
