Hello ladies!
Firstly i have no idea how big the room is in square meters so ignore whatever it says in the particulars...But it is a DOUBLE room.
Anyway
I have an UNfurnished double room to rent in a lovely clean flatshare in Whitehall Park just off Highgate Hill in N19 approx 10 mins walk from Highgate Village. Nearest Tubes are Archway and Highgate both within 5 mins walking equidistant.
Bring your own stuff and live in your own decor and taste!
The flat itself is in the top flat of an Edwardian House, it's set over 3 floors masionette style with a bedroom on each level, so we're not ontop of each other.
It's a very neat and tidy flat and you'll be sharing with two clean freaks so please do not apply if you are unable to keep the shared areas immaculate. There's wooden floors throughout (no smelly carpets here!) and the whole flat is decorated in white. We have an amaizing roof terrace, you can see St Pauls and Canary Wharf it's great for bbq's and summer dinner parties. There is no shared living room (hence the price) but we think the roof terrace more than makes up for this.
You would be sharing with two other girls in their late 20's and early 30's. We'd like to share with someone who is not too immature but can have a laugh at the same time. Anyone fancy a glass of wine on the odd Sunday down the pub with us?
This is not a student style house or a party house, we are ideally looking for someone who works full time, not someone who will just sit around all day whilst everyone else is out at work.
