I'm offering a double bedroom in a shared two bedroom flat in leafy Forest Hill. The room is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, drawers etc) and the flat has recently been updated (including refurbished living room and bathroom). It has good amenities such as new cooker, microwave and washing machine, plus wireless broadband, Sky TV and ample parking (including a garage).

The flat is situated on a nice, quiet road, no more than five minutes walk from Forest Hill station, which has regular trains to London Bridge (10 mins) and London Victoria (20 mins). It is also a short bus ride to East Dulwich and Dulwich village and is situated on a number of bus routes into central London. Forest Hill is joining the underground network in 2009. It is also very near the very nice Horniman museum and park, which has fantastic views of London. There is a Tesco metro at the botttom of the road and a larger Sainsburys about three minutes walk away.

I'm looking for a easy going and reasonably tidy flatmate. I work quite long hours so you will quite often have the flat to yourself but I'm very sociable when I'm there!
