Hello,
We are a friendly couple, Laura (28) and Nemrod (30), and we live in Canfield Gardens. We are looking for a new flatmate that is fun, clean and tidy, for a large double bedroom (163 pw). We are a PhD student and a professional, so we have very quite during weekdays
The flat is in a Victorian converted house and benefits from wooden floor, spacious bright reception room, modern tiled bathroom, fitted kitchen and communal gardens. It is located in Canfield Gardens (South Hampstead), seven minute walk to Finchley Road tube station (Jubilee and Metropolitan) and to West Hampstead (Overground and Jubilee).
We are very good communicating with the center of London, at day and night. The area benefits from O2 shopping center, supermarkets (Waitrose and Sainsbury’s), gyms and sport centers (Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre and Fitness First), cinemas and good restaurants. The flat is in walking distance to Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park (30 minute walk approx.).
