The four available double-rooms can be shared at £70pppw, if not shared the price remains £120pw..
The house is located in a quiet & tidy area and set back 1 road away from the main street where there are quite good amenities and services, you are about a 10mins away from Upton Park or East Ham station.
The whole house has been redecorated throughout and has a bright, airy & modern feeling about it.
As you walk in through the front door you have a large double bedroom to your right, payphone and broadband computer to your immediate left with another large double bedroom on your far left.
In front of you there are 2 staircases which lead up to 2 large bathrooms which have been completely replaced and modernised. The house is supplied by a combi boiler so there will be no shortage of hot water.
Also on the upper floor are another 2 large double bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms & an additional broadband computer, the broadband is also wireless.
If you walk through the house to the back you first come into the Lounge, this has a TV with Freeview, DVD & surround sound, it seats 6 people and with the leather couch is a cool place to chill out or watch a film.
Keep walking through and you come into the kitchen which is brand new with fitted appliances and has 2 of everything to accommodate the potential number of people sharing. The extra fridge, freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer are located in a utility area which is at the side of the house from the dining room.
The dinning room will seat 10 people and has double doors which open out onto the BBQ and seating area in the garden.
Just off of the dining room is the last double bedroom.
Most of the bedrooms have wardrobes a chest of draws and a bedside cabinet in them you also have the choice between 1x single bed, 2x single beds or a bunk bed, if we can accommodate you we will.
On the whole it is a big house basically two knocked into one and quite a nice place to live. The house has been anointed, is spirit filled and we hold a CRC home cell every Wednesday night.
