We (Russian and German girl) are looking for a new flatmate in our stunning flat in Dalston. The room is very big and spacious with two large windows facing East. The room is partly furnished (bed, couch, wardrobe) but can take much more then this.
The flat is well equipped with a kitchen that has an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a shower and a bath tub. Upstairs we have lots of storage space including a lovely living room. The flat has central heating and laminate floors. We also have a TV, phone, and Internet.
We are looking for a professional (preferred woman ; -) but men are welcomed as well) between 25-35 who would like to move into our nice flat. You should be a non-smoker, easy going friendly person, tidy, funny, and clean.
Public transportation is great. Plenty of buses going to Angel (38, 56, 30), Highbury&Islington (30, 277), Liverpool Street (242, 243, 149), and Waterloo (76). 5 min walk is the Overland station Dalston Kingsland and just 3 stops away from Highbury&Islington tude station. Parking is easy in this area (but only with permits which are very cheap Smart car for 3 months only £13). Lots of shops are around: Shopping centre Kingsland, Matalan, Sainsbury, Thibo, dry cleaner, and off license are on your doorstep.
