Professional needed to share a relaxed, terraced house in Charlton. sharing with two considerate flatmates-debbie (works for edexcel, late 30s) and bhuto (graphic designer, early 20s). it's a really great house, i'm only moving out as i've bought somewhere.

24 hour asda, boots, hmv, clarks, h+m, oufit, matalan, lidl, m+s simply food, indpendent butchers, library, cafe, pub, banks, off licences within a 10 min walk. 10 mins on the bus to greenwich or lewisham for more shops/bars. 5 mins on the bus to the odeon. 10 mins to the o2.

north greenwich tube/greenwich 10 min bus ride away. bus 380 to lewisham/blackheath village (for rail to victoria/DLR) goes from outside the house. other buses are a short walk away (472, 422, 53, 486, 108. 54). 4 night buses (53, 108, 472 and N1). references needed(or guarantor), as well as a deposit of £433
the rent is £366 pcm which is a bargain for the size of room. bills are extra. around £80 a month for council tax, electricity, gas, broadband and cable (if wanted).
