I'm looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely 2-bedroom flat in East London. The room is a large, bright double room that is fully furnished and available straight away, for a 6 or 12 month lease.
The flat is close to Bow Road and Mile End tubes, Bow Church DLR, and bus routes 25 / 205 / 425. Speaking from experience, I promise that the commute to the City or Canary Wharf is a pleasant 30 minutes!
The flat has everything you'd expect, including a dryer, wi-fi, and a reserved parking space in secure car park (which is all yours, as I don't have a car). I've been living here for 2 years so the flat has all householdy and kitchen things, but there's plenty of room for yours too.
The building and neighbourhood are nice, quiet and safe. The landlord is live-out and is extremely nice and helpful, she handles everything herself except the deposit, which is held in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme by a real estate agent.
