Hi, I have a room to rent in Wallasey. Wallasey is literally a few mins through the tunnel to Liverpool city centre. The house is also right by a train station and it takes 10 mins on the train to the City Centre.
The house is absolutely gorgeous. Only got built last year. Big, detached, driveway big enough for 3 cars, large sunny garden, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, downstairs WC, 2 lounges, large brand new kitchen. You would have your own fully furnished double room with nice views, your own private bathroom, your own private nicely furnished lounge with a corner suite, sheepskin rug, good size TV and plasma fire. You’d be sharing with two professionals, me and Steve. I’m a marketing manager, I like to chill out after work in the week with a glass of wine and I like to go out with my friends of a weekend. I get on with everyone and I’m trustworthy, honest and reliable. Steve works in IT and is really sound.
