I have a huge room (do not know if it is 30sqm or not but is is huge) in a 3 bedroom house to offer for only 200pcm excl. gas and electricity. The room is fully furnished, laminate flooring, double glazing, double bed. You would share the house with another female student. The house is 5min from the University and 15min to the city centre with a lot of amneties around.
The room is available 1st April and you would take over my contract - until end of June and then you can sign a new contract with the landlord if you like.
