I have a double room available this room is in a luxury new build house in the LE3 area close to all amenities and bus stop with 10mins journey to city centre, and great links to th m69/m1 motorway.

All rooms are fully furnished, and include t.v points double beds, wardrobe, draws, bedside tables.

The price includes all bills, tv licence, all tax, wireless internet, and phone line. There is also a cleaner who comes to the house to keep it looking good! and a gardener for the garden.

The houses are fully equipped and furnished, so all cutlery, plates, hoovers etc are provided

All housemates are professionals working in and around leicester and any info needed please ask or they would be happy to meet you!

The currrent housemates are looking for a nice friendly clean person who will be happy to get involved and go out together on occasions, currently 1 female, sandra 25 works at next head office, jamie 24 works in I.T in nearby lutterworth and Ben 25, works as a civil engineer in leicester.
