1 bedroom available in 2 bedroom flat. The room is a reasonable size with very large storage space/wardrobe and a double bed. There are 2 heaters in the room and a large window. The room belonged to a non smoker.

I am only advertising my room on here but if you do require both rooms they are both available.

The flat has a very large living room and a seperate kitchen. Including a microwave, washing machine,kettle, oven/grill and toaster. All appliances in the house run on electricity so you have no gas bills to worry about.

The water bill has been payed up until April & there are only 2 more electric bills to come.

Your flatmate is a friendly & tidy 20 year old female who is easy to get on with, graduated from Leeds Met last year.

As i said before her room is also available if you require both rooms.

The location is a 3 minute walk from Leeds uni and under 10 minutes to the nearest Free City Bus stop. There is also a small shop on the road opposite.
