Hiya my names Chris Im a 29 year old male just started an Undergraduate Art course at Leeds Met.

Id prefer a female flatmate (easier to get on with I reckon!)

I have a very modern cool 2 bedroom apartment which is near Leeds Met and town.

Your room has a double bed.

Lotsa nice stuff in the flat, big bathroom, cool balcony, nice decor, underfloor heating.

Im tidy but also easy going, would like someone that would like to keep the place clean and a nice place to live, but isnt going to measure the rug with a protractor to make sure its positioned right.

The rent is £270 plus bills, which will mean its no more than £320 per month, sometimes less.

Its in a good location and is very nicely designed.

Broadband, phone, TV etc included.
