2 double rooms available in a four bed terraced house in central Headingley to replace housemates who are going travelling. A couple of minutes walk from the shops, pubs, Cricket ground and bus stop into town. 10 minutes walk from Burley Park Train Station.

Both rooms are a good size and have double beds, wardrobes and desks.
The house has a large modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, a large fridge and two freezers, washing machine, tumble drier. There’s a good sized living room, toilet with bath / shower, Wi-Fi broadband and SKY Tv. The house is double glazed, fitted with smoke alarms, has a burglar alarm and on street parking available. There is also storage space available in the basement.

We’re two easy going working guys in our twenties - we like going out, staying in watching movies – the usual. Ideally we’re looking for someone who is sociable and also working to help with the Council tax.

The house has a private landlord who’s always on hand if we need him.
