My flatmate Claire and I have a great sized room to let in Glasgow's Southside. The flat is on Victoria Road with easy access to the city centre. Queen's Park train station is right across the road as is a bus stop with about 4 different bus services stopping there. There are plenty of shops, takeaways, pubs and a supermarket within walking distance on Victoria Road.
The flat itself has 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, shower room as well as an upstairs and downstairs and broadband is being installed soon. The room we are letting is upstairs, is a large sized double room with plenty of space. There is a double bed in the room but you'd probably need your own furniture.
A bit more about me & Claire. We're both 24 and both smokers, so preferably looking for another smoker, male or female. Claire works in a bar full time and I work in admin. We both like a good drink and occasionally have friends round to the flat for drinks. We enjoy going out pubbing/clubbing but also enjoy sitting in watching TV or DVDs. We're looking for someone like minded who is also tidy but someone that we can be friends with.
Rent is £232 a month with Council Tax and bills on top of that. A deposit is needed of £232 plus first months rent, although this will depend on what date you move in as our rent is due on the 11th of each month.
