I have a double room to rent in a 4 bedroom flat until the 9th September the start date can be arranged as I am flexible. The flat is located on Cecil Street which is right next to the Adam Smith building and minutes to Byres Road and Hillhead subway. It is a really convenient location and also very quiet. One other flat mate may also be moving out around the same time so if two people are looking to move into the same place please get in touch. It is ideal for students staying in glasgow over summer.

I currently share the flat with 3 really friendly girls between 20 - 22 all students at Glasgow Uni. There is a really large kitchen with appliances, large living room and bathroom all of which are shared between the other girls in the flat. The flat is on the second floor and has secure entry, it has central heating, wireless internet and a phone. The room itself has a double bed, large wardrobe, desk and chair and set of drawers.

Rent is £350 and is paid monthly, bills are approx. £18 - 20 per month. Deposit of £400. Tennant must be a female student, non-smoker and have no pets.
