The flat has been relisted due to timewasters, therefore I now require a £50 deposit to secure the room which is refunded in June so long as no damage to the flat is caused.

I have a double room to let in Glasgow, G32 8HS. Its a modern, 1st floor fully furnished apartment with great transport and amenities. The flat is a corner flat and very spacious with secure entry, bathroom and shower, kitchen, lobby etc. It is fully furnished.

The rent is £240 pcm plus bills and there is a rent review in June 2007 so a 3mth lease would be perfect. I can send photos etc and arrange a viewing if required.
