Hi,

A nice and tidy double bedroom is available for rent, The flat is fully furnished (washing machine, microwave, kitchen, toilet, and a big living room). The flat is located near Kinning Park subway station and 1 min walk to the nearest bus stop. 5 - 10 mins to City Centre if by bus. There are a lot of shops near the flat as well. Rent for the room is 260 per month excluding bills, electricity is 35-50 (vary depends on usage) a month and Internet/phone connection is 25 a month and council tax is 53 a month now (if you are a student then I will need to apply for student discount then you do not need pay it). I mainly looking for someone which is tidy (no crazy or wild person that party all the time) and can pay the rent on time that's fine with me. I'm a 25 male, software engineer, I'm a pretty easy going person. The room is current occupy by a female roommate. She will be moving out around August. You can have a look at the room after 7pm weekdays and anytime around weekends (but please call first). There is no contract require but you have to pay one month deposit for it (260)
