Double Room to rent in fully furnished 3rd floor flat in Cessnock/Ibrox. The flat is just off Paisley Road West, just a few minutes walk from both Cessnock and Ibrox subway stations. Lots of buses at the end of the road as well. The flat has all mod cons, Sky TV with Sky Sports etc and is internet friendly. The room has recenlty been painted as has most of the flat and new carpets in most rooms. Bright and quiet flat with bay window in the livingroom.

The room has a desk, double bed, bedside drawers and ample wardrobe storage. Rent is £225 and a deposit of £225 would also be required up front. Bills come to just over £100 per month (council tax, tv license, gas, electricity, sky etc). I am a 31 year old female and work as a Hospitality Manager near the flat and work long hours including weekends so looking for someone chilled out to share with. I do love a couple of glasses of wine when I do have time off so someone sociable would be good.
