are you looking for a spacious, bright and high quality flat,
perfectly located for students of the Napier University such as Edinburgh University?

The flat is ready to move in this weekend.

It is a 3 bedroom flat with

- a spacious kitchen with modern gadgets e.g. oven, dish washer, gas cooker, freezer, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, TV, even a champagne fridge ;)
and two bathrooms, all high quality standard!!!!

Now the bedrooms:

Two rooms are already occupied by Christine, 24, German and Angelo, 27, Italian, both Master student at the Napier University, who will stay at this flat at least for one year!

... and last the third bedroom does not have the right furniture in it yet, BECAUSE YOU ARE ABLE TO TELL THE OWNER WHAT BEDSIZE AND CLOSET YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IN THE ROOM! ... and it has its own bathroom! Isn´t that cool!

The rent is £350 excluding the bills.
