About the flat:
-Double room with basin.
-From the 1st of May

-Only bill is £10 per month (broadband, TV. and phone) +any calls you make
-Central (15mins walk from city centre)
-On ground floor with wee front and back gardens

We are looking for a mature, professional, non-smoker. No students, couples or dss. No pets (we wish we could but the land lord says no (we do have fish though!).
We both work full-time and do not always have the weekends off. So we need someone who will be respectful if they are coming in late any day of the week. We would also like it if you were tidy and did your dishes.
