I have a furnished double room to let in a modernised 2 bedroom flat with great views overlooking the Firth of Forth. The flat is conveniently located in quiet Trinity area (EH5) with easy access to many bus routes excellent for visiting the ocean front, city centre, etc. This bright and very spacious is fully furnished. The double bedroom comes with a double bed, bedside set of drawers and chest of drawers (complete with mirror � nice!). The house has all modern commodities including a lovely bathroom and good sized kitchen. The flat is bright and very spacious. There are several shops, takeaways, pubs and restaurants are close by (Ocean terminal and Leith are a short distance away). Also available is off-street parking.

You will be sharing with a 23 year old professional male. I fairly laid back and I�m looking to share with for a clean and tidy, fairly social person. Preferably a professional or a sensible student.

The rent is �475 per calendar month including all bills (electricity, gas, water, cable tv, wireless broadband and council tax). A deposit of one month�s rent will be required...
