I'm looking for someone to stay in my room over the summer, from the 14th of May until the 14th of September. Rent is 350, for which you'll get the master en-suite bedroom.

You're Room:
It's very spacious with a large double bed, Large desk and Desk-chair, 2 units, one built-in wardrobe and a decent bathroom/shower with a towel heater, connected to the central heating system.

Shared Space:
The lounge/kitchen which is shared amongst three people is separated by the dining table and you will have plenty of space in the kitchen for your things. Washing up is not usually an issue because we have a dishwasher (a washing machine and tumble drier too!)

Location:
The flat has an entrance at the quiet courtyard, Hermand Crescent, which is on the side of the RBS, Threshers, Chop-Chop and Margiotta, and a main entrance at Hermand Road which is on the side of the bakery, pharmacy and chip shop. The bus stop is next door, at which you can catch buses like the 35 (airport), 34 and the 44, to the central parts of town. Sainsurys, opposite Aldi is a also only 5 minute walk away.
