I am a 24 year old young professional looking for a Young professional type (council tax reasons) to take the 2nd bedroom in my flat at Powderhall Brae (Broughton). I am looking for a FLAT-MATE and not just a room to rent.

The Flat is Large 1st floor flat in newbuild developement (4years old), and contains all mod cons, large living room, seperate kitchen/dining room.

The location of the flat is quite good: you can get to Leith Walk in 3min with the Omni Center in 10min. and Princess St in 13min by foot. There are numerous bus routes available which can get you to the Ocean Terminal, Princess Street,Brunstfield (via The Mound).

The flat is equipped with Gas-Central Heating, TV/Internet.
