Hi,
There is a Huge double room available due one of my flatmates is leaving. The room is really big and sunny. Till now only one person was living there but it fits for 2 perfectly. The room is already free from today so you can move from today to the 12th

About the flat is in really close to the meadows, has a bus station just infront of it, swimingpool at 2 minutes and quite close to holyrood park. It has a bathroom and two toilets, nice kitchen with everything and planning to install internet connection soon.

We are friendly flatmates that like to have some beers together going out or staying in the flat.
