I have a double room available in Murrayburn (EH14 2PD), close to Stevenson College, the Napier University's Sighthill building and Hariot-Watt University.
The rent is £320 including all bills. The deposit is £320.
This is a second floor flat with two bedrooms, fitted kitchen, bathroom, sitting room, storage room, outside storage space and off street parking. The flat is bright and in a good condition.
Its disadvantage that it is quite far from the city centre, it takes at least 20 minutes to get to the centre by bus (3/3A,18,21,25,30,33,34,35.
Its advantage that it is close to the Pentlands thus it is ideal for people like taking trips or like riding a bike.
I am a friendly female, I work in a nursing home and I do study part time. I am looking for a reliable, clean and tidy flatmate. This is not a party flat!
