Calling all unhomed students to a happy flatshare! From Mid ( can be negotiated) January onwards would you like to be the happy owner of a lovely bedroom in the Marchmont area of Edinburgh? The bedroom is a double (£310 per month), this doesn’t include bills or food ;) The flat is spacious, cosy and modern.

Ideal for all students (Edinburgh, Napier, Heriot-Watt (buses of course!), etc.). You’ll be living with 4 other fantastical flatmates, all students 3 guys, 1 girl, preferably would like to keep the gender balance in line so another female flatmate would be preferred, but we won’t discriminate. Two are in their final year and the other is a 2nd year, so ideally the candidate will also be 3rd/4th year or a post-grad, and NOT a ERAMUS student as the contract is until September.
The room concerned is spacious and contains:
A cupboard, a sofa, a desk, and a shelf. Photos will be sent on request, and will also be uploaded by the end of tomorrow evening.
