I have a large, sunny bedroom available in a two bedroom flat in Gorgie. The flat is newly refurbished and has all mod cons including a dishwasher and broadband,
The flat is situated next to excellent bus links both to the centre of town and to the university. The city centre is about a 20 minute walk away.

The rent is £350pcm and (if you are not exempt) the council tax is £37.50 per month.

I am looking for a clean and tidy flatmate, preferably female, who is friendly and sociable ( however, this is not a party flat!).
