Our flat is large with a dining kitchen, very large sitting room, three large bedrooms (one with en-suite), a fourth smaller spare room and a separate bathroom. The rent is £380pcm for the room and council tax is approximately £70 each. Rettie & Co. manage it.

You would be living with two professional 27 year old girls, both working in the City Centre, who are sociable and active.
