Single room to rent off Princes Street, Immediate move in date - MUST BE A STUDENT (company policy).
I'm deciding to take a break in my studies and go abroad travelling so hopefully able to find someone to see out my contract.
The room I'm offering is in a fantastic location (EH1 3BA).
You will be only a:
2 minute walk from Princes Street and the main Edinburgh Bus Station
Less then 5 minute walk from Waverley train station or Harvey Nics/St James Shopping centre/Royal mile
Around a 10 minute walk from Moray House School of Education and only 15 minutes from Edinburgh Universities Sport centre/ Grass Market

You will be sharing the flat kitchen, but your room is self contained - ensuite inside. There are four others - 3 girls and a boy all of whom are studying at Edinburgh on a post graduate course.

There is a deposit of £250 which you will have to pay and be reinbursed at the end of the contract (6/07/2012) - but you can continue the contract if you wish to stay longer here.
