Looking for one person to take up a spacious double room from the 1st of February. there will be contracts to sign and deposits held from the moment we agree terms. Keys are available for each bedroom. ideally non smokers (smoking out of a window only is ok) we are 3 workers aged 19, 24 and 25. students are acceptable, but we will be paying council tax and expect everyone to pay an equal share(at the moment this equates to 40 pounds per month - which is not included in the 350). i will also provide all the necessary items such as light bulbs, washing up liquid, bin bags etc and this will be totaled up, OKed with all residents and then added onto the monthly rent, as will council tax. i am an experienced household runner (having done it for a house of 6 for 4 years at uni). we will be in a 9-5 schedule and as such preferably those joining us will be asleep or very quiet after 10 at night.
