We are two girls aged 23 and 24 - one student and one non-student - who have a double room to rent from March 30th/start of April. The flat is in a great location in Bruntsfield, 20 mins walk from the city centre and on all the major bus routes. It is in Bruntsfield Gardens, which is a quiet little side street just off the main street, where there are loads of shops, some really nice bars and restaurants, and a Tesco just around the corner.

The room is a double room, spacious and light with loads of storage, freshly painted and carpeted. The flat also has wireless internet.

We are non-smokers, friendly and outgoing, and like travelling, cooking, going to the gym and socialising. We are looking for someone who is good fun, sociable, easygoing, and considerate to live with.

Rent is £275 a month, not including bills, and council tax is £75 a month.
