We have one room available. It is roughly 15m2 and has a bathroom next to it.

We have a fair sized kitchen and living room. Also we have a decent sized garden and have good parking facilities.

It is a 3 bedroom ground floor flat and currently 2 of us live here and we are both cousins. We are both laid back, easy to get on with, very socialable, clean and tidy. During the week we tend to relax in the house and at weekends tend to go out a fair bit.
