Two independent ‘arty’ females age 19 and 50 looking for someone to occupy single room in a friendly terraced house in Greenbank. The room is warm, cosy and fully furnished. There is a television, desks, lots of storage space and a really comfy bed! It’s a welcoming house, all colourfully decorated, with a friendly cat. We are near to train and bus stops and St Marks and Stapleton Road shops are just minutes walk away. There is use of all kitchen and bathroom facilities and a lovely ‘cottage’ garden.
