Nick (m), 28 is searching room in a flatshare in Brighton (dont smoke)

I'm looking to move to Brighton to start a new job around mid-end of March looking for a fairly spacious room, with a sociable bunch of housemates.
I'm moving from Cardiff, so don't know much about places to live in Brighton, but 25min max walk away from centre would be great with free parking.

I'm very open minded up for anything from big nights out, to having a chilled out cooking night in. Love going to gigs and perform a solo act called 'Half a Chicken' so am quite creative and tend to sit around with guitar in hand! Love meeting new people and also love having a local pub with some shops close by. Also love keeping fit, reading, films etc etc.

Would prefer a furnished house, on a rolling contact if possible.

I don't mind living with smokers, just would prefer no smoking in the house as it stinks a bit, i enjoy cigarette when having a beer, but will still go outside, but could be persuaded.

I like to think i'm pretty house trained (in terms of cleaning, not like a dog). I like a house where everyone pitches in to help with cleaning or what have you, love cooking, and having grub together, but will also be happy living with anyone who maybe keeps to themselves, but i am very sociable. If you;d like to know anything else please ask.

Budget is flexible, but no more than £500 per month including bills, but would obviously prefer less.
