House is in a great location. Off Lewes Road, by Perfect Pizza! Easy walk to get into town, cheap easy buses, mainline stations, near lots of great busy and quiet pubs for drinking and good old roast but cheap and a lot of food!!!shops and food - takeaway, restaurants. Very near open market, for cheap shopping. Behind is London Road - shops, supermarkets, restaurants. Lanes are very short walk, vintage shops, alternative foods. Real student area.

Four person house, the three you will moving in with are very laid back students at Sussex who are really up for a good time and just cool people. They have no problem with noise, often big house parties with a lot of drugs going about, bringing people back, no rules really. Work in clubs come in late.
This would suit someone whos outgoing, very relaxed, into music, going out, getting high and wasted. Fucking great people just i have to move.
house has three floors.Room is back top floor, single bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers. A really good sized room, woodern floors.
Shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen - completely furnished. All on basement.

Lidback landlord, havent even met him, but estate agents are good at getting stuff sorted, but you dont get checked up on.
