Looking for an easygoing, friendly person, male or female, to rent a double room in Coggeshall just outside of Braintree. I’m an outdoorsy, down to earth person.

The flat is quite quirky with exposed beams. It has an open plan kitchen/lounge, is fully equipped with all modern appliances and has a bathroom with separate toilet. There’s wireless broadband too. The room is furnished but if you have your own stuff then we can arrange something else.

Coggeshall (CO6 1TS) has good amenities. Ideally situated for London with good access to A12/A120/M25/M11. Kelvedon (2 miles) railway station has a direct service to London. Only 30 minutes drive from Stansted, approx 15 minutes to either Chelmsford or Colchester. Braintree even closer.

£300 per month plus council tax, electricity, everything else is included.
