I am looking for a flatmate to share a lovely flat in Boscombe. Very close to both the shops and the beach, the room is fully furnished with wardrobe, chest of draws etc.

There is a separate kitchen (washing/dryer, dishwasher etc), bathroom and large lounge. Outside is a shared garden (but only 5 mins from the beach!) The flat has wireless broadband and digital TV. I am looking for someone who is relaxed and friendly - clean and tidy as well would be a bonus!

The rent is £415 a month, which includes Council Tax as well as internet and all utilities.

I'm a 27 year old teacher, into outdoor sports and socialising!
