Hi there,I am renting a 3 bedroom flat in edgbaston and looking for a flatmate to split cost. walking distance to city centre and by Edgbaston shops. flat is spacious and light, fully furnished and recently decorated with laminate flooring in living room and bedrooms.I like to socialise and would be good to share with someone who is easy going, however I work nights so place would be good if you like your own space as well as I'm out alot at nights.
