Hi,
I am at present occupying a flat with three bedrooms in Birmingham's suburbs. I occupy one room and have one other to rent out to the right person. The flat is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac away from main roads on the first floor.

There is very good access to the city centre via public transport and there is also ample car parking space in a carport which is literally below the front room window.

There are full facilities which include washer, dryer, gas cooker, central heating and gas fire. The room for rent is of generous proportions, roughly 10' by 12' with a large wardrobe and double bed included. Please see pics.

I am looking for someone over 25, with an outgoing personality. Man or woman and of any nationality who is clean and is currently working or is a student. No benefits will be accepted.
