Hello, I have a fully furnished lovely double room available in a fantastic, large completely refurbished apartment, with new kitchen and bathroom, central heating, double glazing, brand new carpets, high standard. There are lots of local shops and good transport links to the city centre (only 10 - 15 minutes), handsworth wood, perry barr, hampstead, smethwick, etc. I'm a 24 yr old female, working full time, I am a fun person, but enjoy my own space too sometimes.
