I am looking for a student to replace my room within Opal 1 student halls Birmingham! My reason for moving is that I have found somewhere slightly closer to my university to live. I am currently living with 2 friendly and bubbly english males and a lovely Greek female. All are very welcoming and outgoing and I will be sad to leave them but feel travelling to university is too far. Opal 1 is a very modern and friendly environment and it boasts the facilities of a large common room, fully equipped gym, pool and sauna. The location is perfect for those studying close or in the city centre as Opal is situated a 5 minute walk away from the Bullring. I have paid annually which works out 4% cheaper than paying in instalments. If you do choose to pay in instalments then the weekly fee would be £106.00 per week so it depends on your financial situation. The tenancy length is 43 weeks minus from the date you move in so you will just pay from the week you move in. I am very friendly so feel free to message me about any interest or queries you may have.
